"What services does your office provide?"
Our office offers a complete range of dental services ranging from hygiene (cleanings) and fillings, tooth whitening, extractions, crown and bridge work, root canals, and dentures. We also restore implants and fabricate implant supported dentures.

"Are evening appointments available?"
To better serve our patients, we are open until 7pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please note that these are our most popular time slots, and can be booked 4-6 weeks in advance.

"What fee guide does your office follow?"
The office follows the current Nova Scotia Dental Association fee guide. There are no charges above what the fee guide recommends.

"Does your office accept assignment of insurance benefits?"
We do accept assignment of insurance benefits, asking only that the portion of your treatment that is not covered by your insurance be paid on the day of treatment. While we do our best to be familiar with dental plans, due to the variety in plans set by your employer we cannot know everything that is covered by your dental plan. We are however, happy to send a predetermination to your insurance carrier to verify coverage before undertaking a procedure if you so wish.

"What payment options are available to me?"
For your convenience we accept cash, debit, Visa, and MasterCard.

"What should I bring to my first visit?"
A list of any current medications you are taking is essential in helping us provide you with safe, quality dental care. For those patients with insurance, we will need your insurance identification card. Also, a copy of your insurance booklet if available is also a great tool in helping us ensure that there are no surprises with respect to your insurance coverage.

"What is your cancellation policy?"
We ask that at least 48 business hours notice be given to cancel or change an appointment time.
